Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP GRC Process Control Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP GRC Process Control solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure effective internal controls, compliance monitoring, and risk mitigation using SAP GRC tools. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain SAP GRC Process Control modules including automated control monitoring (ACM), manual control testing, and continuous control monitoring (CCM). Design and configure control frameworks aligned with business processes and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR). Conduct risk assessments and support remediation activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP GRC configurations. Develop and maintain documentation for controls, workflows, and configurations. Provide training and support to end-users and control owners. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to GRC Process Control. Stay updated on SAP GRC best practices and regulatory changes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or master’s degree in information systems, Business, or related field. 3–6 years of hands-on experience with SAP GRC Process Control. Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Experience with SAP Access Control and Risk Management is a plus. Familiarity with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and integration with non-SAP systems. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP GRC Process Control CISA, CISM, or equivalent certifications
