SAP Functional Manager Operations

As a seasoned SAP Functional Manager at the Real Estate company, your role will involve leading day-to-day SAP operations to ensure smooth business processes across Finance (FI/CO), Materials Management (MM), and Project Systems (PS). You will play a crucial role in supporting project-based costing, procurement workflows, and financial control for large-scale real estate and construction projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP operations with a focus on reliability, governance, and functional excellence in FI/CO, MM, and PS modules. - Support and optimize project budgeting, WBS cost tracking, procurement cycles, and capitalization processes. - Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Project teams to align SAP activities with core business operations. - Drive automation, process improvement, and enhance reporting accuracy through SAP enhancements. - Manage internal functional analysts and AMS vendors, ensuring adherence to SLAs and timely issue resolution. - Support digital transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA readiness and integration with BI dashboards. Qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field. - 10+ years of SAP functional experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. - Strong expertise in FI/CO (cost accounting, internal orders, profitability analysis), MM (procurement lifecycle, vendor management, GR/IR reconciliation), and PS (project structuring, budgeting, settlement, integration with finance). - Experience in the real estate/infrastructure sector is preferred. - Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and reporting tools is desirable.
