Job Description: As an Application Lead with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP for Utilities CRM, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. - Expected to be an SME in SAP for Utilities CRM - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and leading application development projects - Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems - Act as the primary point of contact for the project - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CRM applications - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies - Knowledge of SAP CRM modules and functionalities - Experience with SAP CRM integration is a plus - Familiarity with SAP ERP systems recommended Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM - A 15 years full-time education is required - Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM is a must - Experience in leading application development projects - Knowledge of SAP CRM modules and functionalities Please note that this position is based in Mumbai.
