Role Overview

Design, implement, and optimize SAP Record to Report (R2R) solutions by analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP Finance systems, and supporting global templatealigned rollouts and long-term solution stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design effective R2R solutions
• Propose high-level improvements and future-state designs
• Configure SAP Finance and prepare functional specifications
• Support rollouts aligned with global templates
• Test, support, and maintain R2R solutions
• Provide long-term support, optimization, and enhancements
• Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Communicate complex finance and SAP concepts to stakeholders

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP Finance experience with expertise in:
• Payments, Banking, BCM
• Electronic Bank Statements
• Cash Management & Treasury
• (SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA)
• 4+ years of SAP Treasury experience:
• MM, FX, Yield Curves
• Cash Pooling & Sweeps
• Experience in 3+ SAP implementation projects
• Long-term support and optimization of SAP Finance solutions
• Experience with STMS, Solution Manager, ActiveControl
• Functional experience with WRICEF objects
• Strong understanding of finance processes in large organizations
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business teams

Good to Have

• FI-CA Payments knowledge
• Retail industry experience (SAP FI-CA)
• SWIFT integrations
• Agile / SAFe exposure
