SAP Finance Functional Consultant FSDM

Role Overview: You will be joining SAP Fioneer as a Banking Technical Consultant to contribute towards the next generation's banking and insurance industry. Your role will involve managing projects related to Financial Products Sub-Ledger (FPS) and Financial Services Data Management (FSDM). You will also be expected to drive focus topics from a competency standpoint as a Business Process Consultant. Key Responsibilities: - Proven success in contributing within a team environment - Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment - Willingness to learn new skills and grow towards the organization's vision - Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills - Technical analysis and documentation of integrated systems - Provide expert advice on SAP functionality, change management, and other advisory services - Suggest solutions to customers based on best practices - Provide guidance on test plans and end-user documentation Qualifications Required: - Engineering graduate/MBA from a reputed university with 8 to 11 years of professional experience - Hands-on experience on SAP FSDM (Financial Services Data Management) implementation projects with a good understanding of basic accounting concepts of Banks and/or Insurance firms - Well versed with key features and data models of SAP FSDM - Knowledge of FSDM Conceptual and Physical data models - Experience in model enhancements/extensions and working with other Data Modeling tools - Basic understanding of ETL Tools & Functionalities (SAP or non-SAP) - Knowledge of SAP Transport Management including GIT Hub is an added advantage - Experience in HANA Modelling and integration of SAP solutions such as SAC, FPSL, S/4GL, PaPM - Hands-on knowledge of SAP BW (BW on HANA or BW4HANA is a plus) - Exposure to niche areas like Risk Modelling, Actuarial processes would be beneficial - Capable of creating application-specific detailed designs and ensuring on-time and good quality delivery - Possess good communication skills with the right attitude & drive to work with various stakeholders including Business Analysts, Solution & Technical architects Additional Details: The company prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of employees by offering a comprehensive benefits package.
