SAP Fico with Tax Engine

As a SAP FICO Consultant with deep tax-engine expertise, your role will involve leading the design and configuration of SAP FI and CO modules for tax-aware business processes. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining tax determination logic and tax master data for India GST and multi-jurisdiction scenarios. Your key responsibilities will include: - Integrating SAP with external tax engines and tax services - Designing interfaces (IDoc/ALE/API) for tax calculations - Developing and executing test plans for tax scenarios and statutory reporting - Troubleshooting production tax issues and implementing corrective fixes - Collaborating with stakeholders, tax teams, colleagues, and auditors for compliance In terms of qualifications, you must have expertise in SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP S/4HANA Finance, tax determination, GST compliance (India), third-party tax engine integration, IDoc/ALE, and tax reporting. Preferred qualifications include experience with Avalara or Vertex integrations, S/4HANA migration projects, and e-Invoicing/GSTN integration.
