As a SAP FICO PSM Solution Architect with over 10 years of experience, your role involves leading the design and implementation of SAP FICO and PSM modules to align with business processes and strategic goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions that optimize financial processes and public sector functionalities. - Oversee the integration of SAP FICO and PSM modules with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process integration. - Identify opportunities for system enhancements and customizations, working with development teams to implement new functionalities. - Provide training and support to end-users for effective utilization of SAP FICO and PSM functionalities. - Lead or support project management activities for successful delivery of SAP solutions. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs, configurations, and best practices for reference. - Lead the resolution of complex incidents and problems in the SAP FICO and PSM landscape to minimize business disruption. - Oversee the assessment, design, and implementation of changes within the FICO and PSM modules. - Collaborate with the AMS team to manage service delivery, adherence to SLAs, and continuous service improvement. - Provide training and mentorship to AMS support team members for effective management of FICO and PSM modules. You will also be responsible for providing AMS support for SAP TRM and S/4HANA FICO modules, monitoring and maintaining the stability and performance of existing systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues, managing rollouts of new functionalities, conducting system health checks and performance tuning, collaborating with business users, and developing technical and functional documentation for SAP TRM and FICO solutions. Training and supporting end-users and working closely with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of SAP solutions are also part of your responsibilities.
