Job Description

Job Summary:

SAP FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules (FI/CO).
Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions in SAP.
Perform end-to-end project activities including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Integrate FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).
Provide support for existing SAP systems and resolve day-to-day issues.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide user training.
Work closely with finance teams and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.

Mandatory Skills:

7+ years of hands-on experience in
SAP FICO
module implementation and support.
Strong understanding of
financial accounting
,
controlling processes
, and
business process mapping
.
Experience in
GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting
, and
Internal Orders
.
Knowledge of
integration with other SAP modules
(MM/SD/PP).
Strong experience in
SAP configuration and customizations
.
Proficient in
writing functional specifications
and working with ABAP developers.
Good understanding of
taxation
,
GST
, and
local statutory requirements in India
.

Nice to Have:

Experience with
S/4HANA
.
Exposure to
FICO data migration
and
cutover activities
.
Familiarity with
SAP Fiori apps
and
reporting tools
.
Basic knowledge of
SAP security and authorizations
.
