SAP EC Payroll Functional Consultant

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive test plans and test scenarios based on business requirements and functional specifications for SAP Employee Central (EC) modules. Your role will involve performing functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for Success Factors EC modules, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of EC functionalities. You will be expected to document test results, defects, and issues, and track their resolution through to closure in collaboration with development and functional teams. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for test automation and work closely with automation engineers to automate repetitive test scenarios. Providing guidance and support to project teams and end-users on testing best practices and methodologies will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also conduct post-implementation validation to ensure the successful migration of data and configurations to EC modules. Keeping yourself informed about SAP Success Factors updates, enhancements, and best practices related to testing methodologies and tools will be essential. Moreover, you will document test scripts, test cases, and test scenarios for knowledge sharing and future reference.
