The SAP Customer Service role is a crucial position in our organization responsible for managing and optimizing SAP software and systems. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of SAP services, from planning to implementation and maintenance. Working closely with various departments, you will ensure that our SAP systems meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of SAP modules, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and adeptness in managing multiple projects simultaneously. As a SAP Customer Service professional, your key responsibilities will include implementing and supporting the SAP Service Management module, which covers service orders, contracts, notifications, and warranties. Collaboration with team members to integrate SAP Service Management with other SAP modules will be essential. Furthermore, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Service Management and provide training and support to end-users on the same. Required skills for this role include proficiency in SAP Service Management module functionalities such as service orders, contracts, notifications, and warranties. You should also demonstrate a strong grasp of integration points between SAP Service Management and other SAP modules, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is mandatory, while advanced degrees or SAP certifications are preferred. Preferred skills for this position involve knowledge of SAP CRM Service Management, experience with SAP Fiori Apps related to Service Management, understanding of SAP HANA database, familiarity with ABAP programming, experience with SAP Solution Manager, knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Service Management, understanding of SAP Cloud Platform, familiarity with SAP Business Workflow, experience with SAP NetWeaver, and knowledge of SAP Business Objects.,
