Job Description

SAP Concur Analyst

Location:

Gurugram

Work Mode:

Hybrid (3 days WFO & 2 days WFH)

Roles & Responsibilities:

System administration activities
Maintaining user access
Work alongside the Finance Team to ensure best practices are adhered to and followed
Resolve system error messages
Raise tickets with system providers to resolve key system, reporting, and integration issues
Maintain SAP Concur system and interact with other Finance Systems, including replications, errors, and general administration
Manage and create new entities across all systems
Execute required system administration tasks in alignment with necessary month-end processes
Be an expert in the SAP Concur system
Analyze SAP Concur system requirements arising from evolving business requirements and change requests
Compile Technical Specification documents for changes to conversions, interfaces, reports, or enhancements
Make configuration changes following the established change request process
Assist in the design of processes involving the SAP Concur system
Undertake or support all forms of testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing)
Follow required SDLC processes to ensure any changes applied to production meet high standards through adequate design, testing, and approval
Assist in the promotion of configuration, level-zero Master Data changes to production, and work on copy backs and alignment of Test & Production entity
Ensure any changes to systems are communicated to applicable stakeholders
Provide appropriate training and training-related documentation to end-users
Review release notes and newsletters and draft communications to user groups on new features/upcoming releases
Test new functionality and upgrades in line with upgrade plans
Assist finance teams with the creation of reusable and repeatable reports using SAP Concur, and build, develop, and deliver these reports
