Job Description: You will be working as a SAP C4C Techno-Functional Consultant at a location in Hyderabad, Hitech City with 100% on-site presence required during night shifts. With over 10 years of experience, you will play a key role in implementing SAP C4C solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SAP C4C. - Configure and customize SAP C4C to meet the business needs and improve efficiency. - Provide end-user training and support during and after the implementation phase. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP C4C with other systems and applications. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Extensive hands-on experience in SAP C4C implementation and customization. - Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - SAP C4C certification would be a plus.
