Position: Lead/ Sr Lead ECM (BA) Location: Chennai Reporting to: Associate Director – ECM Job Summary: Functional Business Analyst to work on automation opportunities unearthed through Process Discovery. Job Description: - Interpret the output from Process Discovery. - Collaborate with Business Stakeholders and SMEs to understand end-to-end Business process. Collaborate with Operations Excellence and Automation / Workflow teams to select appropriate tool set for automation. - Identify and prioritize use cases based on business problems. - Understand key client performance levers (on-time delivery, cost etc.) and identify areas for improvement. - Select hyper automation solutions required to automate use cases - Work Flow, RPA, ChatBot, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), AI/ML. - Participate in solution configuration, customization and user training. - Articulate solution to Business Stakeholders for solution signoff. - Identify areas of deployment of the solution to solve similar business problem. - Support evaluation of the digital platform, architectures and propose the right solution that best fits OTBS' automation requirements. - Operate in a hyper-collaborative way and follow these guiding principles: Put customers first Value common sense and simplicity over complexity Make decisions quickly and move nimbly - Celebrate diverse ideas Succeed and fail together as a team! Profile Description: - Good knowledge in SAP FICO / RFC integration. - Energy, drive and passion to work, and operate in hyper automation arena. - Ability to operate in a start-up mentality and unstructured environment. - 5+ years of experience in defining specifications and business analysis requirements. - Strong communication, articulation, presentation skills Define and document business requirements especially in Report generation, dashboard building, alerts etc. - Experience in working in business functional scoping into IT specification - Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration. - Help design, document and maintain system process. - Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
