Role & responsibilities Lead the development and deployment of scalable applications on SAP BTP Provide technical leadership on projects involving SAP CAP, Fiori/UI5, and SAP Cloud SDK Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure optimal solution architecture Utilize BTP services such as Workflow Management, Integration Suite, Business Rules, and Security Troubleshoot issues and ensure the robustness, scalability, and performance of the solutions Mentor and guide junior developers within the team Support delivery milestones and ensure adherence to SAP development best practices Preferred candidate profile 810 years of experience in SAP technologies with 3+ years specifically in SAP BTP Strong proficiency in SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) , Fiori/UI5 , and SAP Cloud SDK Hands-on experience with BTP Core Services , including Workflow , Destination , Authentication & Authorization , and Integration Suite Experience in leading small to mid-sized teams or playing a technical lead role Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills Ability to work in an agile and collaborative environment
