Job Description

As the Lead SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) at Capgemini, you will be instrumental in the design and implementation of SAP CM within the BRIM suite. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Collaborating with business and technical teams to define mediation rules, data mapping, and integration with Convergent Charging and FICA. - Ensuring high performance and scalability of mediation flows for telecom or utility billing environments. - Participating in solution architecture discussions and contributing to technical documentation. To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in SAP BRIM CM with a strong understanding of mediation architecture and data transformation logic. - Practical experience in SAP CM configuration, rule creation, and integration with upstream/downstream systems. - Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in troubleshooting complex data flow issues. - Knowledge of Java-based mediation engines and experience in high-volume data environments is advantageous.
