Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you should possess strong knowledge in SAP Basis, Hana Admin, Sybase admin, PI/PO, and SCM. Your role will involve client-facing interactions and team management responsibilities. - Demonstrate extensive knowledge of SAP infrastructure domain with a focus on BASIS/Infra. - Utilize effective communication and escalation skills for internal and external cooperation. - Identify the causes of system failures and develop recovery plans. - Apply advanced practical skills in BASIS operations, particularly centered on S/4HANA. - Manage teams to ensure SLA compliance, covering quality management, cost management, delivery management, and communication management. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvement measures when problems occur. - Work in a 24/7 shift model, with Highly-Escalated Cases (HEC) support experience being an added advantage. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of SAP Basis, Hana Admin, Sybase admin, PI/PO, and SCM. - Experience in client-facing roles and team handling. - Proficiency in SAP infrastructure domain, especially BASIS/Infra. - Effective communication and escalation skills. - Ability to analyze system failures and devise recovery plans. - Practical skills in BASIS operations, focusing on S/4HANA. - Team management skills for SLA compliance. - Experience in root cause analysis and implementing improvement measures. - Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift model. - Highly-Escalated Cases (HEC) support experience is an added advantage.,
