Job Title: SAP Basis Administrator Job Summary: The SAP Basis Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning of SAP systems. This role ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of SAP environments including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, and Solution Manager. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, etc.) Perform SAP client administration (create, copy, delete, export/import clients) Manage SAP users, roles, authorizations, and profiles Monitor system performance and perform tuning as needed Manage SAP transport system and perform system copies and database refreshes Apply SAP patches, kernel upgrades, and support packages Perform regular system health checks and capacity planning Ensure system security and compliance with IT policies Collaborate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution Maintain system documentation and operational procedures Support disaster recovery planning and testing Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, HANA, and traditional RDBMS (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server) Experience with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Fiori, and SAP Web Dispatcher Familiarity with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems Understanding of ITIL processes and change management Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
