Job Description

You should possess strong knowledge in SAP Basis and Hana Admin, Sybase admin, PI/PO, and SCM. Additionally, you should have experience in client-facing roles and team management. Your responsibilities will include extensive understanding of SAP infrastructure domain, effective communication and escalation skills, and the ability to identify system failures and develop recovery plans. Proficiency in BASIS operations focusing on S/4HANA, team management for SLA compliance, and skills in root cause analysis and implementing improvement measures are crucial. Working in a 24/7 shift model and having HEC support experience would be an added advantage.,
