SAP Back Office Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SAP Back Office Executive to join our team in Moraiya, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing backend operations using SAP ERP systems, maintaining accurate records, supporting the production and dispatch teams, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments in the printing and packaging business.

Required Education : Any Graduate with min 4 to 5 Years Experinece as SAP Back Office Executive Profile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry and record maintenance in SAP (MM/SD/PP/FICO modules) as per business needs.
• Create and manage purchase orders, sales orders, production entries, GRNs, and invoices in SAP.
• Support supply chain and production teams with real-time data updates and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels, track inventory movements, and generate SAP-based reports.
• Handle customer and vendor data in SAP, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
• Maintain documentation for dispatches, deliveries, and billing records.
• Coordinate with the accounts, stores, and production departments for smooth workflow.
• Provide support to front-office and sales team for order processing and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and audit requirements using SAP reporting tools.
• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and liaise with IT team for system support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
