The SAP Analytics Cloud Consultant position at AstraZeneca's Process Insights team within Global Business Services (GBS) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, offers you an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the world of analytics. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to comprehend their business process requirements and objectives, converting them into SAP Analytics solutions (SAC & Datasphere). You will be involved in creating Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) data pipelines, data warehousing, and ensuring data quality and accuracy through data cleansing, enrichment, and data model building. Additionally, you will develop advanced analytics, dashboards, and visualizations for reporting, business planning, and metric tracking purposes, utilizing low/no-code development to enhance solution experiences. To excel in this role, you should hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, with a minimum of 8-10 years of overall experience and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP SAC / Datasphere solutions as a Data Analyst and/or Data Engineer. Your expertise should encompass SAP Datasphere, ETL processes, data pipelines, data preparation, integration, data modeling, relational data modeling, denormalization techniques, and SAP Analytics Cloud functionalities. Certification in SAC Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Low-Code/No-Code Developer is desirable. Moreover, the ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, the ability to thrive in an Agile environment, and a proactive, organized, and self-motivated approach. Proficiency in business English is essential for effective collaboration within the team and across stakeholders. Understanding of SAP-related Finance and Operations processes will be advantageous in this role.
