Roles and Responsibility:

SAP ABAP / SAP HANA

Technical support
for SAP ABAP or SAP HANA modules in a support project environment.
Assist in
debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents
within defined SLAs.
Work closely with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Perform
minor enhancements, fixes, & report modifications
in SAP ABAP/HANA systems.
Support data extraction, transformation, and reporting activities.
Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and assist in issue resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation for changes, fixes, and support activities.
Apply
database query skills
(SQL, joins) to analyse data and support reporting needs.
Stay updated with SAP technical developments and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

612 months of experience in
SAP ABAP
or
SAP HANA
(support project or end-user environment).
Strong understanding of
ABAP programming concepts
Basic knowledge of
HANA Modelling
Proficiency in
SQL queries
and basic
database
Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with SAP transport system and change management processes.
Ability to work in a
ticket-based support environment
.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
