You will be working as a SAP ABAP Consultant in the Technology Services department at BDO India Services Private Limited. Your primary responsibilities will include: - **IT Business Analysis:** - Provide research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to the project leader - Collaborate with key clients to understand complex business issues and determine business requirements - Document business requirements and ensure client sign-off - Design business solutions for assigned areas - Participate in demos building and presentation using recommended Tax Tech Applications - Coordinate user testing and provide input for improving Tax Tech Applications - **Tax Knowledge:** - Develop and maintain knowledge on current and emerging tax technical developments - Identify and direct the tax knowledge base for sharing with clients - Provide direction on initiatives to enhance tax knowledge base tools - Stay updated on Tax profession and industry developments - **Project Management:** - Manage end-to-end implementation of Tax Technology projects - Maintain and manage projects including scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables - Establish project management framework and apply techniques for planning, tracking, and risk management - **ABAP:** - Lead development, customization, testing, and selection of tax technology tools - Act as a technical expert for issue identification and resolution - Develop project estimates, code, document, and execute quality analysis - Coordinate technology tools maintenance and upgrades - Mentor and coach other team members and junior developers - Troubleshoot and coordinate with the development team on bugs and issues tracking **Knowledge & Key Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Hands-on experience with technologies like SAP HANA - Drive to excel professionally and motivate others - Advanced written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and foster an efficient work environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize workloads - Strong people management skills and passion for making a difference **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Information Technology development - Exposure to Tax technology - Experience with SAP ERPs, Oracle ERPs, and building SAP cockpits Please note that this role is located in Mumbai/Noida and requires a strong background in IT development, tax knowledge, and project management.,
