Role Overview: As an Assistant Corporate Sales Manager at SANYOG in Pune, your main responsibility is to achieve revenue targets through corporate business development. You will be involved in customer acquisition, corporate market mapping, building a sustainable sales pipeline, managing client relationships, and networking within the insurance industry. Your role also includes representing SANYOG among organizations and collaborating with the team to support target achievements. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for non-motor insurance products. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references, and partnerships. - Cross-sell and upsell non-motor products to existing motor clients. - Manage key accounts of corporate clients through a broking channel. - Renew and sell insurance products, providing tailor-made services and risk assessment solutions. - Develop strategies for generating business, achieving profitability norms, and cross-selling key products. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers. - Negotiate premium rates, policy terms, and conditions to benefit clients. - Collaborate with operations and claims teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of direct corporate sales experience in insurance broking. - University degree is mandatory, with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred. - Target-focused with a strategic understanding of corporate sales and business domain. - Proficient in market understanding, networking, relationship building, and business communication. - Ability to work effectively as a team player, adaptable to changing environments. - Knowledge of business communication and technology tools.
