The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing field service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular maintenance checks, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently. The role also requires interacting with customers to address their concerns and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Skills in Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance Strong Troubleshooting abilities Field Service experience Excellent Customer Service skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Technical degree or certification in related field preferred Experience in the mining industry is a plus
