Role Overview — Sales Executive (Gujarat) We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Sales Executive who will visit clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals to: • Present our software • Give live demos • Facilitate onboarding • Support basic integration and training This role offers field-based work, strong growth potential, and performance-based monthly earnings. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Handling & Scheduling • Visit clinics and hospitals from the pre-provided database • Fix appointments with doctors/administrators • Maintain daily visit/call/follow-up reports (Excel sheet provided) 2. Demo & Presentation • Explain software features clearly • Give live product demonstrations using the integration kit • Understand requirements and recommend the right solution 3. Onboarding & Integration • Assist clients with setup and training • Coordinate with the technical team whenever needed • Ensure smooth activation and onboarding 4. Performance-Based Monthly Earnings Instead of a fixed salary, earnings are based on growth share: Integration value ₹10,000–₹25,000 → You earn 25% growth share (₹2,500 to ₹6,000 per integration) • 10 integrations/month → ₹25,000/month • 15 integrations/month → ₹37,500/month • Plus yearly renewals = recurring income Salary becomes fixed only after consistent performance as a sales executive. (Note: We avoid the word "commission" — this is a performance-based monthly earning model.)
