Santhi Plastics, a leading manufacturer of plastic packaging products, is looking for skilled and experienced professionals to join our dedicated in-house Tool Room . We have multiple vacancies and are seeking candidates with expertise in one of the following roles: CNC Milling Operator Conventional Lathe Operator Plastic Mould Fitter This is an excellent opportunity for a stable, long-term career in a growing manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities (Depending on your role): CNC Milling Operator: Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines (VMC) to produce precision mould components. Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Conventional Lathe Operator: Set up and operate conventional/manual lathe machines to perform turning, facing, threading, and boring operations with high accuracy. Plastic Mould Fitter: Assemble, fit, repair, and maintain plastic injection moulds. Conduct mould trials, polishing, and spotting to ensure high-quality production. All Roles: Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet required tolerances. Perform routine maintenance on machinery. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient tool room operations. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in at least one of the above roles (CNC Milling, Conventional Lathe, or Mould Fitting). Must have experience working in a Tool Room environment. Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints. Experience with plastic injection moulds is essential. ITI, Diploma in Tool & Die Making, or equivalent technical certification is preferred. High attention to detail and a commitment to quality. What We Offer: Competitive Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹24,000 per month, based on your skill and experience.
