Job Summary: The Student Counselor supports the academic, emotional, and social development of students by providing guidance, counseling, and intervention. They collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a positive and supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group counseling to students on academic, emotional, social, and behavioral issues. Identify students' needs through observations, assessments, and communication with teachers and parents. Develop and implement programs that support student wellness, including stress management, bullying prevention, and career guidance. Support students during personal crises, including family issues, trauma, and mental health concerns. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions while respecting confidentiality. Collaborate with school staff to create intervention plans and strategies for at-risk students. Conduct workshops and sessions for parents on topics like adolescent development, peer pressure, and exam stress. Help students develop goal-setting, time management, and decision-making skills.Refer students and families to external mental health professionals or services when needed. Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful school environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting. Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Job Purpose: To design and produce high-quality visual and print materials that support the school’s communication, branding, and educational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Design and format school documents such as newsletters, brochures, posters, certificates, student diaries, and event programs. Create digital and print-ready graphics for school events, social media, and the school website. Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop learning aids and promotional materials. Maintain visual consistency in school branding across all platforms.Edit images, create infographics, and manage school photo archives. Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external printers if required.
