Role & responsibilities Windows Administrator Understanding of different types of Windows OS and Third-Party patches and the patch cycle. To deploy the patches, perform, testing, UAT, preparation of test cases, support, monitoring, implementation and reporting. Vulnerability Assessment closure, any other statutory compliance, patch installation, fixes, analytics, logged complain about software/hardware issues. Day to day MIS reports, conducting, database support including performance monitoring, perform daily/weekly/monthly/yearly backup and restoration activity, optimization, maintenance of table spaces, log files, troubleshooting the patch failure. Collaborate with other IT teams to schedule and coordinate patch deployments. Resolve issues arising from patch deployments and update failures. Maintain and update patch management documentation. Provide reports on patch management activities and system compliance. Conduct regular audits of patch levels and system statuses. Linux Administrator To implement automated remediation for patch, vulnerability, and configuration compliance across Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7/8/9) endpoints (servers and desktops). To design, deployment, and operation of automation frameworks and dashboards for compliance, using enterprise-grade tools. Will be responsible for design and implement automation for patch management. Write and maintain scripts (Bash, Python, YAML) for configuration enforcement and compliance checks. Schedule and deploy OS and application patches in a staged and controlled manner. Develop automated remediation playbooks for CVEs and STIG/CIS hardening benchmarks. Maintain documentation and SOPs for patch and compliance processes. Collaborate with security, operations, and audit teams to align on remediation timelines and reporting. Preferred candidate profile Candidates having the experience in managing the patch and vulnerability. Experience with tools like ManageEngine Endpoint Central/Vulnerability Manager/Ansible or Patch Manager Plus.
