Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial and operational controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and identifying areas for process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits across Accounts, Finance, Taxation, and HR departments. Review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies. Prepare audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations. Collaborate with department heads to implement corrective actions. Assist in the development and enhancement of audit procedures and checklists. Monitor and follow up on audit issues to ensure timely resolution. Support external audits and regulatory inspections as needed. Qualifications: Education: CA Inter Pass (minimum requirement). Experience: 23 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, preferably in the healthcare or service sector. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Tally, Mednet, PCare, and Azure Cloud-based systems is an advantage. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Attributes: Experience in auditing HR and payroll processes. Exposure to tax compliance and financial reporting. Understanding of healthcare operations and billing systems.
