Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic female sales executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with local businesses, promoting radio advertising opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Visit local shops, institutes, and businesses to pitch radio advertising. Generate leads and close sales for radio ads and sponsorships. Maintain regular contact with existing clients. Achieve monthly sales targets with attractive incentives. Represent the radio station in community events and local promotions. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Salary & Benefits: Fixed salary + Incentives (based on performance). Travel allowance (if applicable).
