Job Summary: The Labour Helper (Mazdoor) is responsible for assisting skilled workers and performing general physical labor tasks at construction sites, warehouses, factories, or other work environments. This role involves loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, moving tools and equipment, and supporting daily operations as required. Key Responsibilities: Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, or masons on-site. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment. Clean and prepare work areas, including removing debris and hazards. Mix and prepare construction materials such as cement or mortar. Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as directed (with training). Maintain cleanliness and organization of worksite or storage areas. Support in assembling and dismantling temporary structures (e.g., scaffolding). Adhere to all workplace safety procedures and use protective gear as needed. Perform other manual labor tasks as assigned. Requirements: Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials or work for extended hours. Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team. Punctual, reliable, and hardworking. No formal education required (basic literacy may be preferred). Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications (if any): Prior experience in construction, warehouse, or general labor work. Familiarity with basic tools and safety equipment. Knowledge of local language(s) for communication on site. Work Environment: Outdoor and indoor worksites depending on the industry.
