Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Gastroenterologist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should be proficient in diagnosing, treating, and surgically managing gastrointestinal conditions. You will play a key role in patient care, surgical interventions, and contributing to the overall development of our surgical services. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic evaluations and surgical procedures for gastrointestinal disorders (e.g., IBD, liver diseases, GI tumors, etc.) Manage both elective and emergency GI surgeries (e.g., laparoscopic, endoscopic, open surgeries) Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports Participate in hospital rounds, case discussions, and department meetings Ensure adherence to quality and patient safety protocols Be available for on-call duties after scheduled hours (calls post 6:00 PM will be officially counted) Provide mentorship and training to junior doctors or interns if required Qualification & Experience: MCh / DNB in Surgical Gastroenterology from a recognized institute Minimum 1-2 years of independent surgical experience preferred Should be registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council Sound clinical judgment, surgical precision, and compassionate approach Employment Terms: Bond: Minimum 3-year service agreement is mandatory Stay: Comfortable accommodation will be provided by the hospital Leave & Benefits: 4 LEAVES PER MONTH , ONE EVERY WEEK Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/09/2025
