Qualifications Possess strong Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design skills Proficient in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software Experience in Project Management Ability to conduct Research and Development (R&D) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Previous experience in an electrical/electronic manufacturing environment is a plus
