The role focuses on minimizing defects, improving process efficiency, and ensuring compliance with customer and industry requirements. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control yarn quality at different production stages (blow room, carding, drawing, simplex, ring frame, winding). Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Ensure adherence to defined quality parameters such as count, strength, U%, CSP, hairiness, and contamination levels. Record, analyze, and report quality data; take corrective and preventive actions in case of deviations. Support production teams in identifying root causes of quality issues and drive continual improvement initiatives.
