Software Developer (MERN Stack | AWS | Scalable Systems) Experience: 3-6 years Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid / In-office) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with deep expertise in the MERN stack and AWS ecosystem to join our fast-growing technology team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-performance, secure, and scalable distributed systems that power global-scale applications. Youll work on challenging backend and architecture problems, own end-to-end modules, and collaborate across product and engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Architect, design, and implement microservices and scalable APIs . Work on AWS deployments (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.) ensuring reliability and cost efficiency. Build efficient background processes , queues, and asynchronous workflows. Write clean, maintainable code with automated tests and CI/CD pipelines . Collaborate with design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth product delivery. Drive continuous improvement in performance, security, and code quality. Requirements 3-6 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development . Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript and asynchronous programming. Proficiency in API design, system architecture, and database optimization . Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes . Familiar with Agile development practices and Git-based workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic environments. Nice to Have Knowledge of GraphQL , Redis , or Elasticsearch . Exposure to DevOps tools or serverless architecture.
