1.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue goals. 2.Lead, train, and manage the sales team effectively. 3.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and tour operators. 4.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. 5.Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. 6.Ensure targets are met across all segments (Rooms, Banquets, MICE, F&B, Events). 7.Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports for management. 8.Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings. 9.Coordinate with other HODs (Front Office, F&B, Banquets, Reservations) to ensure guest satisfaction and sales alignment. 10.Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
