💼 Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Sanatan Astro Pvt. Ltd. (Pujari Ji) Location: Remote/Flexible (Preferred: India-based) Commitment: Initially you can start with part-time and slowly transitioning to full-time (Open for both Part-time and Full-time) Compensation: Initially Salary(30k-50k PM). Founded by Acharya Dharmesh Upadhyay , a Sanskrit scholar and practitioner with 15+years of domain expertise and a self made person. Pujari Ji is solving the pain of unverified, impersonal spiritual services by enabling online pujas, temple/tirtha rituals, home puja and personalized spiritual support, all delivered via our website. We’re not just a service provider, we are building an end-to-end spiritual-tech platform for every Indian home, starting with faith, and growing into a lifestyle rooted in tradition. 🛠 Why We Need You We’ve built the initial platform using PHP Laravel, and while the spiritual content is authentic and founder-led, the tech product lacks stability, speed, and scalability . We’re looking for a passionate founding CTO or tech co-builder who can own and rebuild our platform into a robust, fast, and user-friendly system , and help us shape our future app, tech roadmap, and team. You will be the only tech decision-maker working directly with the founder and business consultant. 🔧 What You’ll Do Take ownership of current PHP Laravel website – stabilize and optimize for performance and later transition to new stack. Fix customer-side bugs, payment/API issues, and make UX smoother Plan and lead product roadmap including mobile app development Integrate tech with marketing , ads , and data tools (WhatsApp API, Meta, analytics) Bring in modular systems for multiple puja types, calendar systems, automation If aligned, build and lead a tech team or onboard freelancers Work closely with a non-tech founder and help simplify tech decisions for business growth 🧠 Who You Are 3–7+ years experience in web/app development preferably with PHP Laravel.
