Calendar and schedule management: Manage the MD's complex schedule, including setting appointments and coordinating meetings. Communication and liaison: Serve as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, filter communications, and handle calls and emails. Administrative support: Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents. Meeting and travel coordination: Arrange travel logistics (flights, accommodation) and assist in planning and executing meetings and conferences. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion. Project and task management: Track project progress, monitor action items from meetings, and assist with special projects. Information and record management: Maintain records, manage filing systems, and organize information flow.
