Position: Factory Supervisor Location: Sithalapakkam, Chennai Company: Samson Hitech Engineering (Part of Jacobs Groups of Company) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee our lift manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in fabrication, welding inspection, and drawing study, with hands-on experience in AutoCAD. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day production activities in the factory. Read and interpret engineering drawings and ensure work accuracy as per design. Conduct welding and fabrication inspections to maintain quality standards. Coordinate with the design and production teams to meet delivery schedules. Monitor manpower efficiency and ensure safety procedures are followed. Prepare daily production and inspection reports. Manage materials and tools for ongoing projects. Requirements: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fabrication or lift manufacturing. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to study mechanical drawings. Good leadership and communication skills. Experience in welding and fabrication inspection is a must.
