Samridhdhi Trust is a not for profit organisation working for underprivileged out of school children. We provide Bridge Education Program for out of school children and facilitate their admission in main stream schools and continue to support the children till they complete education. We are getting into a PPP (Public - Private Partnership) with the Department of School Education, at - Government Primary school Siddapura and - Government Higher Primary School, Devarabisanahalli ( in the lines of GHPS, Ramgondanahalli + Whitefield Ready) . Timings: 9 am - 3:30 pm ( Weekdays) 7am - 12 noon : Saturdays We plan to start English medium sections inside both the schools. This academic year, only for Grade I and II. We are looking for experienced teachers who are good with young students, preferably in both English and Kannada...who will be the class teacher/ mother teachers for Grade I and II. The curriculum is mainly streamlined towards foundational literacy and numeracy. We are looking for a Strong Personality with compassion for very young children, creative, person who will own up responsibility of the learning of every child in class .

First the out of school children undergo a Bridge Education Program for one year and then they are admitted to mainstream schools. Thereafter an after school program is conducted to help them cope up with school curriculum. This job is challenging to teach Kannada to out of school children between 6 years and 14 years whose mother tongue is not kannada. This is a full time job of 6 hours everyday, only Sunday is a holiday.

Entering keeping studentsstaff data in the respective portals up to date. Managing keeping all the documents/bills up to date. Vendor Management Inventory Management ( Raising POs / Invoices, follow up with vendors for due delivery, Distribution of items to respective projects / Maintenance of trust assets, documents etc.) Maintaining Master Salary sheet/staff attendance.
