Role Vendor Development We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Vendor Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in sourcing or procurement. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new vendors, maintaining relationships, managing documentation, and supporting timely procurement processes across product categories.. Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The role involves planning, supervising, and executing construction projects from start to finish while ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures, drainage systems, and other infrastructure. Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and material estimates as per project requirements. Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution. Conduct site inspections, monitor work progress, and resolve technical issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures. Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and submit to operation Head. Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling of project activities. Maintain proper documentation of site activities, material usage, and manpower deployment. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
