We are seeking a skilled and experienced Design Engineer to support the development and improvement of our machinery range. Role & Responsibilities: Design and develop components and assemblies for textile processing machinery (e.g., washing & bleaching machineries). Create detailed 3D models and 2D engineering drawings in SolidWorks . Conduct design reviews, tolerance checks, and ensure manufacturability. Collaborate with our in-house fabrication and machining team to convert designs into production. Suggest design improvements for performance, cost efficiency, and durability. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in machinery design (preferably textile machinery or heavy mechanical equipment). Strong expertise in SolidWorks (3D modeling, sheet metal, assemblies, weldments). Good knowledge of mechanical design standards, fabrication processes, and GD&T. Experience in material selection (SS, MS, Rubber, etc.) and manufacturing feasibility. Ability to work independently on part-time basis. Preferred: Background in textile machinery design .
