Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting in the development of new product concepts and collections Creating sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs Researching trends, materials, and market insights Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to manage samples and production timelines Supporting quality checks and product improvements Preparing presentations and visual materials for internal and client use Tracking samples, fittings, and production timelines Collaborating with the team on creative direction, branding, and launches What We’re Looking For: A degree or background in Fashion Design, Product Development, or Textile Design Minimum 2 years of experience Strong Illustrator, Photoshop, and design visualization skills Great eye for color, fit, and detail Understanding of garment construction and materials A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — we love creative problem-solvers who take initiative A team player with a keen eye for aesthetics and emerging trends Why join us?
