Hands-on experience with CRM software is an added advantage. Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Testing Lead with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing to lead our quality assurance process. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all testing activities to ensure the highest product quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for web and mobile applications. Create, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated). Implement and maintain automation frameworks using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress). Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with the development team. Mentor and guide the testing team, ensuring best practices and adherence to testing standards. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure product quality. Prepare and present detailed test reports, including metrics and improvement recommendations. Stay updated with emerging testing tools, techniques, and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software testing (manual and automation). Strong hands-on experience in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or equivalent. Expertise in creating and executing test cases and scripts. Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and version control (e.g., Git). Ability to work independently and lead a small testing team. Preferred Skills Experience in API testing (e.g., Postman, RestAssured). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automation tests. Familiarity with educational or e-learning products.
