Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Doctor located in Raipur. The Duty Doctor will be responsible for daily patient consultations, diagnosing medical conditions, prescribing treatments, and providing consistent medical care. Additional responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring adherence to medical protocols and standards. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Doctor, located in Raipur for Anant hospital. The Duty Doctor will be responsible for providing primary medical care and monitoring to patients, maintaining and updating medical records, and taking care of emergency cases. Daily responsibilities include patient assessments, administering treatments, coordinating with medical teams, and ensuring adherence to clinical safety and hygiene protocols. The role requires prompt medical decision-making and consistent patient care in a professional setting. Qualifications Clinical and diagnostic skills, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and administering medication or procedures Strong understanding of emergency care protocols, hygiene and safety standards, and healthcare practices Proficiency in maintaining and updating accurate medical records Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with patients, families, and team members effectively Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick, sound medical decisions A valid MBBS degree recognized by a medical council with relevant licenses or certifications Prior experience in general medicine or hospital practice is an added advantage
