Role & Responsibilities Own Performance Marketing on Meta: Strategically plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility at scale. Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Identify high-converting audience segments using behavioral data, lookalikes, and retargeting strategies. Campaign Analysis & Reporting: Track key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.) and turn performance data into clear, actionable insights. Budget & Bid Strategy: Manage ad budgets across funnels to maximize ROI, balancing efficiency with aggressive growth targets. Creative A/B Testing: Test variations in creative, copy, format, and funnel to constantly improve performance. Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the web team to improve landing pages, product pages, and checkout experience to increase ad-driven conversions. What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads in DTC e-commerce or fashion/lifestyle brands. Proven track record of managing ad budgets and delivering strong ROAS. Advanced skills in Meta Business Manager , Google Analytics , and other analytics tools. Deep understanding of DTC funnel strategy — from awareness to conversion to retention. Strong grasp of retargeting, pixel tracking , custom audiences, and ad compliance best practices.
