Salon Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service and drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise staff, manage schedules, attendance and performance.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Drive sales through services, packages, memberships and retail products.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Monitor inventory, product consumption and wastage.
• Ensure salon hygiene, grooming and service quality standards.
• Monitor daily sales, cash collections and expenses.
• Coordinate marketing activities and customer retention campaigns.
• Submit daily and monthly performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in salon management.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer-handling skills.
• Sales-oriented with a focus on business growth.
• Knowledge of salon operations, inventory and basic financial reporting.

• Monthly revenue and sales targets.
• Customer retention and repeat bookings.
• Staff productivity and performance.
• Average customer bill value.
• Customer satisfaction.
• Inventory control and wastage.

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary plus performance-based incentives linked to achieving agreed sales targets.

The Salon Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth salon operations, customer satisfaction, staff productivity and overall business growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
