Job Purpose

To manage the day-to-day operations of Wynn Salon & Spa, ensure excellent customer service, lead the salon team, and drive revenue through service sales, packages, memberships, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salon Operations

• Manage daily salon and spa operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, discipline, and service quality.
• Ensure appointments are managed efficiently and waiting time is minimised.
• Monitor stock, product usage, and inventory requirements.

2. Team Management

• Supervise salon staff, hairstylists, beauticians, therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
• Manage staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and work schedules.
• Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure team discipline.
• Coordinate staff training and improve service standards.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Encourage customers to purchase service packages, memberships, and retail products.
• Promote premium services, hair treatments, skin aesthetics, spa services, and seasonal offers.
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Generate leads, convert enquiries into bookings, and improve customer retention.
• Track daily sales, staff performance, and service-wise revenue.

4. Customer Experience

• Ensure every customer receives a premium and personalised experience.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage reviews and referrals.
• Monitor customer feedback and take corrective action when required.

5. Reporting & Administration

• Maintain daily sales, attendance, appointment, and inventory records.
• Submit daily sales updates and monthly performance reports to management.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and lead conversion.
• Ensure salon policies, billing procedures, and operational standards are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in salon, spa, beauty, hospitality, or retail management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
• Good sales ability and a target-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of billing, inventory, Excel, and reporting.
• Ability to motivate a team and manage multiple responsibilities.
