Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our range of premium marble and tile products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the building materials industry and a strong understanding of the local market. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and dealers. Identify new business opportunities and actively generate leads in target markets. Visit project sites and clients to promote product offerings and close deals. Create and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. Conduct market research to understand competitors, pricing, and customer needs. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities, exhibitions, and digital campaigns. Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up on payments. Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and sales using CRM tools. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Field sales: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Danapur, Patna, Bihar (Required) Work Location: In person
