As a Sales Man at our womens wear showroom, you will play a vital role in assisting customers and driving sales. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, helping them select womens clothing such as sarees, suits, dresses, and ethnic wear, and suggesting products based on their preferences. You will also be expected to explain product features, fabrics, styles, and care instructions to ensure customers make informed purchase decisions. In addition to serving customers, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom. This includes assisting with stock management, inventory reporting, and building loyal customer relationships to encourage repeat business. To excel in this role, you must have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills (proficiency in Hindi required, basic English preferred), and a polite and confident personality. A minimum of 13 years of experience in retail sales, particularly in the womens wear or fashion industry, is preferred, along with at least a 12th-grade education (graduation preferred).
